Can be booked as either a 6, 8 or 10 sleeper. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the main unit. Then there is another 2 additional rooms with a toilet and shower each leading off from the enclosed courtyard are of the unit.

Fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. Comfortable dinning area which then leads down 3 stairs stepping into the lounge that is complete with Premium DStv and Wi-fi through out. There is also a small bar entertainment area in the corner of the lounge, which is adjacent to the enclosed patio with picnic benches, and opens up to a lovely grass area in front, just before the Ballito Promenade.

Beautiful sea views from the main bedroom with a King Bed, which also has an ensuite bathroom consisting of a Shower, bathtub and toilet.

The second and third bedroom have 2 singles beds each, and the guest bathroom consists of a shower and separate toilet.

The 4th room in the courtyard has a Queen bed, and the 5th bedroom has 2 single beds.

Ceiling and / or Standing fans are provided. There is one lock up garage, and space for 2 vehicles in front of the garage. Please note that this is open parking however and not secured inside the complex, but directly by the entrance of the unit.
