Ceiling fans are fitted in both the Dining area and Lounge which then opens up to the Patio with a Side Sea View. Lovely Grass area just off the patio for the kiddies to play and patio furniture is provided, as well as communal Braai Facilities located just to the right of the patio.

The Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms are located upstairs, where the staircase leads up from the lounge.

The Main bedroom has an aircon installed as well as a ceiling fan, and offers a little balcony to step out onto with a view of the garden area, as well as a slight sea view. The ensuite bathroom is complete with a toilet and shower. The 2nd Bathroom has a Bath tub and shower in the bath as well as toilet. The remaining bedrooms have single beds with ceiling fans and each room leads out onto a small balcony as well.

There is also a single toilet located downstairs on the ground level.

Easy access from the complex to the Promenade / Beach with a few stairs leading down, and benches are placed within the complex to sit and enjoy the view.

Sadly, there is No Pool in the Complex.
